  1. Thx for your widget! it’s the only one that is working fine in wordpress.org plugins (SFC removed this functionality)

I posted a question in the support forum, but I better let you know it here 🙂

Is there a way to have the dates in other language?

    1. thanks for letting me know 🙂 wordpress.org doesn’t mail me on new related topics.
I’ll reply also there when we resolve the issue.

I checked the php code and saw I’m using the wordpress framework to get the date. so it should be the same language as in your wordpress settings.
The only thing left in english are the sentences of today, tomorrow, next week and next month.

so what exactly you need a fix for the sentences or the dates?

  2. Hi Roi,
Great plugin, thanks! I’ve used it on several on my sites. But recently, the time shown on the events has been off by two hours (early).

I’m using the latest version of the plugin (version 1.1.1), and I’ve tried to offset it through the widget settings, but I can only offset the time to an earlier time, but not a later time. That means that adjusting the offset option with a positive number offsets the time to an earlier point by the number of hours set. But adjusting the offset option with a negative number has no effect.

You can see the site in action here: http://samtalesaloner.dk/

(the widget is displayed in the left column under the heading “Kommende saloner”)

Any help you can offer would be most appreciated. 🙂

    1. I didn’t accept negative offsets.
      no idea why.

fixed. you can update to version 1.1.2
don’t forget to backup style.css if you changed it
since the update will replace it back to the original.

      thanks for the comment 🙂

      1. Thank you for the quick reply and the fix!

Have you uploaded the new version 1.1.2 on wordpress.org? It still lists the latest version available for download as version 1.1.1.

I look forward to trying out the new version. 🙂

      2. Oh, wait. I can see in the change log that you have uploaded the new version, and that it’s just the download link still lists the old version number.

I have downloaded it and tried the new version. And widget settings now accept negative offsets. But it doesn’t change the time accordingly.

A concrete example: The widget at http://samtalesaloner.dk/ shows an event that starts at 15.15, but it should start two hours later at 17.15. When I set the offset at -2, it doesn’t change. :-/

        1. I forgot to change 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 in the php file itself.
also found another location where i check the offset.
          i’ll do version 1.1.3 in a few minutes 🙂

    1. hi,
i see your fan page is public,
can you try to leave the access token blank?
also can you check php errors in your log file?

      1. I have read something about the problem and it is caused by the hosting. I cannot modify the configuration of my hosting. Then I cannot use the plugin 🙁

  3. Roi, thanks for the great plugin. I’m getting unix epoch dates for all of my events. Did Facebook change something, or is there a misconfiguration on my server? Any thoughts, or things I can do to debug the plugin?

    1. Hi Brad,
thanks for the suggestion but already had help and a new version will be available today
facebook changed the time format in the replies
